Clean Up & Catch Up
This service is designed for businesses that are behind on their bookkeeping and need their books brought up to present. If necessary, we will update your chart of accounts to your business needs, categorize uncategorized transactions, recategorize past transactions, reconcile your accounts and give you tax ready books.
The timeline for this service is based on the amount of months we are cleaning up and if we have received all necessary paperwork and requested information from the client in a timely manner. If you are in need of rush service for tax reasons, please be sure to mention that during your call. Rush service may incur an additional fee.
We always aim to under promise and over deliver.
Pricing is usually based as follows*:

A Significant discount for this service is offered to clients who sign a one year monthly bookkeeping engagement.

Seasonal Businesses, Startups & Solopreneurs
If you run a seasonal business or you are a solo entrepreneur, we would love to support your bookkeeping needs. Most small businesses that work seasonally or businesses that are owner/operator still need help with their books. That's where we come in. We provide a more affordable option for these types businesses.
For seasonal businesses and solo entrepreneurs, we offer a quarterly service. Every quarter we will categorize your transactions, reconcile your accounts, provide business consultation and optimization. Think of us as a partner and CFO for your business without having to bring someone in-house or hire inexperienced help.
If your business has no loans, one bank account and an average of 50 transactions or less per month on that account, you qualify for this more affordable bookkeeping service option.
Pricing for this option is usually $525 per quarter but may be less based on your specific business needs.

Just starting a business and need your books setup? Using a different software and switching to QuickBooks Online? We can set that up for you.
We will setup your profile, create your custom chart of accounts, add your vendors, add your products and services, connect your financial institutions, and connect your users.
Pricing for this option is usually a $500 one-time fee. Discounts are offered for clients that sign a one year monthly bookkeeping engagement with our firm.
